You do not have to compete in the Extremity Games in order to attend a free Instructional Clinic.
Regardless of your current ability - beginner to advanced- instructors will be on hand to provide you useful tips and techniques in kayaking, rock climbing, skateboarding and wakeboarding. Instructional Clinics provide a combination of technical instruction, practice, review and repetition to help you master the extreme sports of Extremity Games.
Instructional clinics are free of charge and open to all individuals 13 years of age or older living with limb loss or limb difference. Registration opens late February. You must register to attend a clinic.

Training will be 50 minute classes with demos in between.
10 am – Womens/childrens self-defense
11 am – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

2 p.m. – Boxing
