Rules and Regulations

BMX Biking
• Competitors will race against other competitors on an outdoor course, challenged by different obstacles and turns.
• Time permitting qualification rounds will be a double elimination. Quarter, semi and final rounds will be single elimination. Each rider will get at least 2 races.
• Helmets must be worn. Other safety gear is optional.

Mountain Biking
• Competitors will race against other competitors on a 10-mile outdoor course.
• Helmets must be worn. Other safety gear is optional.

Kayaking
• Competitors will race against other competitors on an outdoor course, challenged by different obstacles and turns.
• Each competitor will compete in two non-consecutive runs in the Preliminary Round, with time beginning when competitor crosses start line and ending when competitor crosses finish line. Best time of the two runs will be used for Preliminary Round ranking.
• The top three competitors with the best time at the end of the Preliminary Round will advance to the Final Round and compete in one final run to determine winner.

Moto-X
• Competitors will race against other competitors on an outdoor course, challenged by different obstacles and turns.
• Event will be scored supercross style with two heat races, a last chance qualifier and a main event.
• Safety equipment is required.

Divisions
• Light (125cc 2 stroke/250cc 4 stroke)
• Premier (250cc 2 stroke/450cc 4 stroke)
Any division with less than six participants will be rolled into the next closest division.

Rock Climbing
• Toprope and bouldering competitions based on degree of difficulty of the climb.
• The competitions will follow the Redpoint format. Climbers will have four hours of climbing time in the Preliminary Round. At the end of the round, the top five scores will be combined, giving each climber a total score. The top four competitors in each division will advance to the Final Round and have five minutes to climb a route of increased difficulty. The highest score will determine Divisions' winners.

Divisions

• Male and female
Any division with less than six participants will be rolled into the next closest division.

Skateboarding
• A judged, street skating competition measuring overall originality and style, degree of difficulty and technical tricks.
• Each competitor will take two non-consecutive 60-second runs with the best score used for Preliminary Round ranking.
• The top three competitors at the end of the Preliminary Round will advance to the Final Round and compete in one 90-second run, with the same scoring criteria, to determine division winner.
• Helmets are required. Other safety gear is optional.

Wakeboarding
• A judged competition measuring overall execution/fluidity of routine, proficiency of moves (technical/intensity) and style when utilizing the wake of a towboat.
• Each competitor will take two non-consecutive runs (one pass with three pick-ups) with the best score used for Preliminary Round ranking.
• The top four competitors at the end of the Preliminary Round will advance to the Final Round and compete in one final run, with the addition of a slider (one pass with three pick-ups,) with the same scoring criteria, to determine division winner.

• Male and female
• Standing and sit boarding
Any division with less than six participants will be rolled into the next closest division.
