Inclusive Cyclist Bio

It’s been a hell of the road, but it was worth it —  every inch of it.

My name is Jacky, and I’m a professional cyclist. I am also an inclusive cyclist. A couple of years ago, I got injured pretty bad and I lost my leg. Before that, I was one of the youngest riders who won the UCI World Championship and took the jersey in France.

It seemed like the end of the world, but it wasn’t really. I didn’t let my pain define me, so I started to train harder than ever.

But this blog is not about my personal losses or victories. I’m not going to tell you how cycling is all about rainbow stripes and polka dots. I want to write about so many great experiences, risks and challenges that cycling brings, how much strength and will one inclusive rider has to show, and what one healthy community can do to help you rise again.
